'Crofty' commentates like a man determined to find a soundbite in case what's happening in front of him proves iconic. But it's just not natural for him at all. Peter Drury does the same. But he's a fair bit brighter and his soundbites tend to be a lot sharper than just repeating the same shan patter for weeks.
