Doesn't sound promising. Expectations are very low but will see how he gets on.

We've now taken in 6 and 4 have been recalled to parent clubs so it's all change and I have no idea who will start, how we'll lineup and how we'll get on. We have more depth and therefore options from the bench but debatable whether we have strengthen.

I expect we will take in at least one more

He might just need a run of game in all honesty. For as slow as he was, it’s hard enough for any footballer to gain any sort of momentum if you’re just playing 1 or 2 games every couple of months. Whether cove can afford to have a player that might need several games to get up to speed is another question

Stuart McKenzie released by Cove. Didn't need to take in Fox. Stu scapegoated for our recent heavy defeats I feel.

Must be Montrose or Peterhead bound I imagine

Typical spineless Hartley blaming the goalkeeper.

He's been in charge for three games and had 13 goals against and it's all the goalkeepers fault.

Blamed the team last night in his interview as he will never accept any responsibility, Hartlepool found him out after nine games without a win.

McDonagh was quite good against us down at Somerset but I gather that might have been a one off performance?

Definite one off. Striker that struggles to score goals.

We need a far better target man in than him as well as a slight miracle to stay up judging by the past few performances

He knows he’s untouchable at cove with the family connections

We're coming to get ye 🇱🇻

So are we.It will take a while and probably not till the last few weeks,  but we will catch you both the way things have changed through four really good signings.

Question is though which side above us three will go on a terrible run which will draw them into the mire?

Please look after him, please turn him in to a footballer over the next 4 months.

Thanks.

Knowing Hartley he'll place him on the bench and the boy's boots will barely touch the turf. Can't see him being with you much longer after his return going by your recent success.

To be fair to him, he didn’t play for six months due to work permit issues. He then made bit part appearances playing in different positions with different people and has never really had a run at proving that he is anything worth keeping.

Unfortunately for you, Cove have now signed up to carry out this  experiment for us.

If you check out some of the clips of him before he came to Ayr, there's something there, particularly at centre back or a very defensive midfielder. He's never come close to that since he joined us, though.

He looked Pogba-esque in one of them. Hope he finds his feet in Scottish football because players like him don't come along very often.
