Rodhull
Feels like Aberdeen could play all day and not even trouble the keeper.

Lex
FT 1-0 Beautiful stuff. Fantastic result and well deserved. That’s the best top flight performance I’ve seen from St Mirren in over 5 years. We only beat one top six team last year, and that was a shite Hearts team v Adam Hamill. Goodwin has got us playing to a level already that we never reached last term. He’s built a well balanced squad with some exciting additions, Durmus, McLoughlin and Foley were all superb today. The league cup knicker wetters in our support have been well and truly proven wrong. Rode our luck a bit at times second half, Aberdeen had a decent looking penalty shout turned down. Overall we did enough though. Absolutely delighted, finally got a team and manager to be proud of here... buzzing for the rest of the season.

ssdon
We really are looking very poor away from home and that performance is just not good enough. We had all the ball in the second half but we just don't know how to break teams down, it's really night and day from the home games. There is not a man on the pitch that you could say done ok, Main looks terrible, no Idea what McInnes thought he could add to us, going to be another Storey type situation. Must say the pitch was terrible, it didn't deal with the rain well at all. Both teams have to deal with that though and no excuse, we were just shite. -
geo87
Very fuckin decent 3 points. Mcginn Chance aside Aberdeen never looked like scoring, still nervy as f**k though. We seem to have some genuine quality, width & pace going forward this year. Roll on rest of season!

Thereisalight..
Jeez, a bad week all round for Aberdeen. Well done to St Mirren, could be a valuable 3 points come the end of the season
Zapp Brannigan
Fair play St Mirren. Scored a well worked goal and missed an absolute sitter as well. We didn't start playing until 50 mins which was very disappointing. Could've maybe had a penalty but difficult to tell where I was. Is Mackenzie a rugby player? Not suggesting he's a clogger, just wears his shorts like one
Lola montez
There was a real dig in our team today, Andreu and Garry Mack were magnificent

In honesty though, I've forgotten how good it is to support a football team that are organised and actually play with purpose. For too long we have ambled from match to match , never really looking like we've been doing anything in training. Today, when we attacked, we did so with purpose and we defended manfully. No failures in that team but in particular Foley, Durmus, Andreu and Waters were tremendous. Obika tired badly in the second half but won more headers in 45 minutes than Nazon did in 5 months.
