It's been low hanging fruit for me so far. Sir Roger Scruton was on borrowed time after his diagnosis and prognosis (possibly only a week!) last June. At the end of last year, Michael Palin suggested that Terry Jones was at death's door. Andretti needed more urgent treatment in March and it was a bit of a surprise that he made it to this year.

Countless obits around the World, fair few local ones, mentioned in a press release by West Ham, but not one National. Bams. But, I don't even have a team in this year lol. Sorry for the impoliteness but who did you used to be?

ETA - I missed out on around 120 points John Cocks because the "celebrity" obsessed Daily Fail (which published articles on his illness) did not have an obit for him. Chequered flag for John, retired from the race, DNF etc... First points of the year for me! Did not expect it to be him.

Had similar a couple years back for that Japanese business man who was having a death party, was all over the BBC but when he got round to dying, nobody bothered their arses to report it. Its like some of these major media groups just don't care for us dead poolers.

Loved The Gang of Four for years. When Thomas McNeice joined his Mum offered my Wife tickets as they worked together. She knocked them back because she'd "never heard of them". Thanks anyway Thomas! Played football with his younger brother, I was practically in The Gang of Four!
