Golden Gordon
With Jon Obika becoming a St. Mirren legend within 30 games of playing for the club, I thought it might be interesting to see if there were players at other clubs who had achieved legendary status within a shorter or equal number of games.

Steve McQueen
James Dunne is the one that comes to mind, 17 appearances & won the cup!
Sherrif John Bunnell
Alex Schalk signed for County in October 2015. He had scored the winning goal in the league cup final and picked up a Ross-shire accent by March 2016.

Isn't he a legend at Hibs already? He's well under 30 games for them.
Thumper
Michael Moffat originally signed for Ayr in January 2011. Scored eleven goals in half a season, including the 88th-minute winner that won the first division playoffs. Had already been assigned permanent legend status for about a month by that point.

Aim Here
There's Albert Kidd and Jon Obika, but this big lad secured his place in Hibs history with just 8 appearances.

ham1sh68
Zoltan Varga 26 games for Aberdeen. Arguably the most skilful player ever to play for the Dons. Once seen never forgotten. Came and went shrouded in mystery.
YassinMoutaouakil
Wouldn't call Turnbull a legend but if he leaves after 34 games he'll definitely have a disproportionately big place in a lot of people's hearts I'd imagine. Being our best ever player helps tbf.

EdmontonDandy
For Dons fans it must be Derek "Cup Tie" McKay. A total of 19 appearances and 4 goals. All of them in the Scottish Cup, including 2 in the 1970 final vs Celtic.
