All Scotland under 19 players to isolate.

Ross County's left back Josh Reid had just received his first call up, now he'll miss the Hibs game on the 17th.  What a f**k up, why did the match even start the game, as they called it off at ht so must gave started it without having the test results?

An under-19 friendly between England and Scotland on Thursday was abandoned during the first half after the visitors' head coach Billy Stark tested positive for Covid-19.

Hosts England led 3-1 in the game at St George's Park when it was halted.

The Scottish FA said Stark tested negative when the squad met up, but a second round took place on Thursday before a scheduled re-match on Sunday.

He will now "travel home in isolation and will self-isolate for 10 days".

"The playing group and the rest of the backroom team will undertake precautionary self-isolation for 14 days, whilst the Scottish government undertakes a formal risk assessment to assess who Stark was in close contact with during the camp," a Scottish FA statement said.

Scotland Under-19s second game against England on Sunday has now been postponed along with the scheduled Under-17s match at St. George's Park on Saturday.

The tests carried out were for the second game coming up on Sunday, they had already all tested negative for the game today.

That’ll keep the wolf from the door till January transfer window

Clubs have to do what they can in these unprecedented times. This along with the additional money we will receive from the Europa League will go a long way.

Great, they can pay back all the companies they screwed over in their previous incarnation.

Listening to the coronavirus briefing, the Scottish media have no faith in old firm fans behaving themselves during a game.

In what sense? I missed it. They thinking everyone will be having house parties now the pubs are closed?

They were asking should the game be cancelled because fannies will gather in each other’s houses to watch it.

Aye, was always going to be on the agenda.

That being said, it’s not the SPFL’s/Rangers’/Celtic’s responsibility to enforce lockdown restrictions set by the Scottish Government.

Why should the game be cancelled on that basis.

I would imagine that the Celtic manager would be happy for it to be postponed in the hope that some of his fans will be allowed in by the time that they get round to playing it.

Exactly,  no one has suggested a cancellation except for the media

And others would be out of quarantine
