Detournement Posted September 19, 2020 Share Posted September 19, 2020 (edited) The problem with judging the keeper moving is that you can't freeze on when the ball is hit because it takes a certain amount of time. How do they choose the correct frame when the ball is hit? You are talking about split second decisions like a 100m false start but that requires a lot more technology. I do feel that if you are going to be that strict on keepers moving off their line then you have to completely ban stuttered run-ups.
