He really is an awful, awful individual.

Whilst acknowledging that Ross, and indeed all conservatives are absolute fucking scumbags, what on earth is a soup kitchen even letting him take part for a photo op for? Half the folk in that place will be skint as a direct result of conservative policies such as welfare "reform" etc. Ridiculous.

Ross probably thinks that soup kitchens are a government scheme to provide the unemployed with training for the catering industry, while at the same time training the peasants to queue for their crumbs from their masters' tables.

Yeah I mean one of the likely reasons that places like that exist is because of his voting record. However, I wonder if perhaps the thinking was that any publicity might help their cause even if it is from the atrocious human being that is reasonable for them being set up in the first place?

It would have been good if they had told him to rami it of course. You couldn't mark his neck with a blowtorch.

I'm sure Glenn and all those other client journalists will be doorstepping the rest of the Scottish Tory MSPs that called for his removal and find out their views on the shitebags backtracking.

Glenn on GMS this morning with his interviewed clip with Ross. All very gentle and almost congratulatory, with Campbell's assessment to the studio afterwards that Dross had been quite shrewd in his strategy given Johnson has ridden out the storm (no idea why he thinks that Johnson is now secure given "party gate" along with every other scandal at Downing Street has simply been kicked down the road).

Almost immediately followed by Heather Dewar (?) interviewing Patrick Harvie on the Green's/SG's position on fuel shortages and renewables/clean energy, and the tone of the interview could not have been in more of a contrast to Campbell's on Ross. That is not a criticism of Dewar; that is entirely a reflection on Campbell.
