Calling Cards of Nerds

Recommended Posts

Are Android snobs.
'Aww you're such a sheep getting an iPhone.  Androids are so much better and are open-source!  Steve Jobs has got you now!'.
I've had both and honestly think they're the same.  They all do the same fucking thing.  Who cares what make your or someone else's phone is?
Was going to post about this. I have had both (Have an iphone at the mo however usually get android due to being usually cheaper) but the idea idea of being a fan boy over an operating system is pathetic. Wasn't aware of how much this goes on until I bought an Iphone and have had random losers pointing out my supposed error.
I thought that was the point.
Apple users spending double the price to text and browse the internet for whatever reason other than being gullible.
Before I get attacked I've been through every make of phone as I'm very much open minded
Have to admit I've found it to be the opposite. I have a Motorola and any time I'm asked what my phone is (9/10 it's someone with an iPhone) I get the piss ripped out of me because it's not an iPhone.

I had the 5C and the interface and stuff was no different to what I have now and had previously. The battery on it was utter shite and I'm sure I couldn't open certain documents with Adobe (or could only open with Adobe, honestly can't remember).

FWIW, Motorola's battery is incredible, charges quickly, does everything I need it to do and doesn't cost a fortune. f**k paying hundreds and hundreds just because it's Apple.

Yep.

I had the iPhone 4 and it was terrible for battery and very restrictive unless you bought Apple products.

The definitions of nerd so far seem to be a mix of:

Knows slightly more about computers than how to turn it on and google for porn.

Has an opinion on mobile phones.

Fits an 80s frat house film stereotype of  students who actually study.
