Assuming that the one that Jets win is this one, they would finish with a worse record than the Jags by virtue of having a worse record against their Conference. As Rams are in the NFC Jets would be 0-12 against the Conference while Jags would be 1-11 courtesy of their opening day win against Indianapolis. So Jets would retain the number one pick.
