We gifted 3 goals out of nothing. Comedy goalkeeping, wide open in the centre of the park. 5-2-3 is the hill which Calum Davidson looks prepared to die on. The match was effectively dead right after half time when we went 3-0 so it was only natural that it petered out a bit. Glad we had the luxury of bringing off key players and keeping the legs fresh. Kamara, Aribo and Hagi probably the picks of the bunch for me. As for St Johnstone, a brightish start but seemed so deflated after conceding the first. A few bits of decent play created some half chances but nothing too dangerous. Clark with a stinker and O’Halloran absolutely brain dead. Earned a good chuckle.Other than that, absolute shite. Nothing left to say about the guy in goal except that Calum would earn a lot of managerial credits if he scouts and finds a decent replacement in the next two windows. Radford Posted December 23, 2020 Share Posted December 23, 2020 The system is irrelevant with Jeremy Beadle in goal. He's absolutely useless and I'd happily never see him play for Saints again. It's the manager's fault that it's come to saying stuff like that though as he's been shite for 18 months. Davidson throwing O'Halloran under the bus post-match but not mention of Calamity Clark. Of course Rangers eased off but they didn't look particularly up for it early on before Clark blunders. Second is crap too and we are wide open again at the third but looked to have dealt with it until safe hands showcases his talents again. Shame that we couldn't see what might have been but with a goalkeeper that concedes from less than every 2 shots on target, that was probably never likely.
