Celtic vs St Johnstone, Wed 12 May, 2021

Not overly fussed as 2 weeks without training + this line up means we were almost certainly losing tonight, but it would be nice if it had been a moment of quality to break the deadlock rather than a ref not knowing the rules.

Hardly been troubled now trying to avoid a hiding.

All that matters is being above Livingston by the final whistle, tbf.

Is it 2 of an advantage atm, could do with Rangers matching the sister club.

BBC have us at -8, and them at -10.

Livingston have scored more goals.

I would be more raging at the terrible pass than the ref tbh. It was that bad nobody really knew what the f**k he was doing other than him.

It was a shit pass yeah, but that happens all the time with players everywhere, and doesn't mean its not horrendous that a ref doesn't know one of the simplest laws of the game going.

He clearly knows the law he obviously just thought it was intentional which is understandable for me even though I don't think he meant it either.

Doesn't that emphasise how bad a decision it was even more though?  He miskicked a pass near the half way line so badly it bounced through to the keeper.

And it's deemed a deliberate passback?!

The boy was standing on the halfway line with an unmarked CB behind him, and the ball went about 20ft in the air.

Only an absolute moron thinks his intention was passing it back to a keeper who had to run to the edge of the box to even collect it.

As I said its that bad you cant be that sure what his intention was. Im agreeing that it probably wasn’t intentional though but football needs more indirect freekicks in the box imo.
