The Pie & Bovril WoSFL Predictions Competition 22nd October

Recommended Posts

Good morning, Predictors! Last week’s results were;-

Benburb 1 v 4 Rutherglen Glencairn

Kilbirnie Ladeside 2 v 4 Drumchapel United

Glenvale 1 v 3 Yoker

Kilsyth Rangers 1 v 2 St. Anthony’s

Vale of Leven 3 v 3 Port Glasgow Juniors

Eglinton 1 v 4 West Park United

Well, it’s finally happened. Our long term leader @beith19 has been knocked off the top spot to be replaced by @Broomhill Ultra who bagged a couple of correct scores to score a cracking 31 points. They become the first player to hit three figures. Steady scoring every week so it’s well deserved. Other notable healthy scorers were @93glens17, @Darvel legend and @Kenny*******Powers who all had scores in the 20’s. The field is beginning to string out a bit more now but it’s still a case of every point counts when it comes to league positions. As always, check your scores please.

Fortunately, there is at least on

Fortunately, there is at least one match in each of the leagues so I’ve managed to body swerve the cup competitions. As usual there are some headscratchers here but there’s plenty of form to trawl through so big scores expected! This week’s games are;-

Clydebank v Hurlford United

Glenafton Athletic v Irvine Meadow XI

Neilston v Cumbernauld United

Maryhill v Forth Wanderers

Saltcoats Victoria v Lugar Boswell Thistle

Campbeltown Pupils v Glenvale

No rain please!

Campbeltown 2-0 Glenvale

It takes a particular kind of galloot to red dot a set of predictions, especially when the giver of said red dot calls themselves @Bankie boy and the prediction puts Clydebank down for a 3-1 win!
