I'm a Villa man (been to two games this season), but all proper football men surely respect Chelsea. They aren't really a club you can dislike.

Hmm. Living in London in the 80s I went to Stamford Bridge a couple of times. Was stood in the Shed wen they beat Kevin Keegan's Newcastle 4-0, which was funny. However, I also stood in the Shed to watch them play Rangers in a friendly, and they were a bit too friendly, if you catch my drift. Pringle-wearing currants.

Did they let you return your season ticket for Newcastle?

Still got the penalty wrong, though. It was a dive from 24ct Cold Calmer and Madueke stood on the ball.

First one's a penalty all day. I assume this is some sort of trolling?

More importantly though, who on earth gave Dele Alli a gig as a studio expert? He looks barely awake, his answers are monosyllabic and he's genuinely clueless. "I dont know who the [Chelsea] designated penalty taker is....". Why don't you know? I know. Every football supporter in tbe country knows? You're on there for your expertise.

He also didnt know if Arsenal were home or away yesterday. He seems completely unaware of what's going on in the league which is pretty fundamental to his role.

Aware he’s had his personal troubles, but Dele has the personality of a plank. Can’t see a future in punditry for the lad unfortunately.

Yeah I thought he'd maybe be one of these guys who would be surprisingly eloquent. I was wrong.

It's a bit of a sore point, but I 'sold' it on Facebook Marketplace to an individual who has since been uncovered as a prolific online scammer. Needless to say, our so-called law enforcement have been utterly useless in this whole debacle.

My apologies to 24ct Cold Calmer. It was defo a penno. He could relax with the 10000 rolls after the foul, though.

Sympathy vote.

10 penalties already this season for Palmer.

What a player.

Is he the best in the world?

I'm going to say yes. Yes he is.

How the f**k is Seamus Coleman still playing Barclays football in the year of our Lord 2024?

Coleman is like a sheepdog where the instinct is there, but age has caught up.  A great pro who cost sod all and came back from a very bad injury.  A lad on the local radio said he needs someone at the club to take him to one side.  If I were Scottish, my concern would be the mess they are making of Patterson's career.

Reckon big Dychey will be having a couple of quiet words in the dressing room at HT.

Swinging at Nathan Paterson again?

Just pure passion from the Chelsea lads imo.

As boring as he was, Delle Alli made a good point saying the Chelsea players weren't falling out with each other to take the pressure penalty against Man United to equalise in the last minutes

Checking on Beto, he was signed from Udinese for 25m euros with an extra 5m performance linked fee. So let's call ot 25m euro.

Thing is they don't pay owt until next season.

Whereas they let Simms go for £8m.

I assume this was due to Barclays P&S rules, but still seems a woeful bit of business?
