DrewDon
I genuinely find it funny just how much the international Man United fanbase despise McTominay. Having a look on Twitter now, remarkable commitment to the agenda.
Ro Sham Bo
That was obvious by Udogie but Fernandes would've 100% got a penalty for that.

Not his fault they constantly play him out of position in the midfield.

Bully Wee Villa
Forest and Everton to be charged with breaches of FFP tomorrow, could face points deductions.

Bairnardo
It's good that the EPL are getting g around to nailing Everton for a second time and also fast tracking Forest to the front of the queue for the naughty step. Can only imagine that the decks will soon be clear enough to get around to tackling one or more of the 115 (one hundred and fifteen) charges faced by the team who were waving 4 trophies around the place just last week.

It's got to be some sort of background politicking going on? Going after them first to give City the fear (cynical thought would be so that they dig deep to settle the claims but I doubt that's palatable if Forest/Everton get points deductions) and perhaps strengthen their case when they finally do hammer City - pointing to the punishments meted out to Forest and Everton so they can cover proportionality. Jives Miguel
These are simpler breaches to investigate and charge though, its not a case of Man City being favourited. -
Salvo Montalbano
Aye, it's mental the amount of seemingly reasonably intelligent people are giving it "can anyone explain why city haven't been charged yet ?!?!?!" on social media. Man City haven't overspent by the same meaning as say Everton or Nottingham Forest; they've artificially inflated their sponsorships so that it appears they haven't overspent. They've denied the charges, there are various emails that may or may not have been deleted, etc. It's a totally different case. It's also no deterrent to City to see these points deductions - if they do get points docked then the worst case is that they'll get relegated (and even with say a 50 point penalty there's no guarantee of that) but they'll keep the titles, cups and more importantly Champions League title so they'll be happy enough with point penalties.
Miguel Sanchez
Finally flushing The Ev out of the Barclays is more important than whatever the obviously doped up oil clubs are up to. Hard to side against the powers that be here.
craigkillie
If Everton and Nottingham Forest didn't want to be punished for cheating, they should have simply not cheated.

Why would they keep the titles? If they've won them by cheating they have to be taken off them, like Lance Armstrong. I look forward to seeing Villa lift the 2019/20 League Cup. I mean if they only deduct points and use Everton as precedent. For instance, Everton didn't have to pay back prize money awarded for their finishing place and their final league position will be recorded without any asterisks or notes. The relegated teams of course said that they should be compensated but that seems to have gone nowhere. So the precedent seems to be - pay a fine, get docked points, everything that happened still happened, even if you cheated to get there. FWIW I'd rather their victories were Armstronged and "no winner" or "vacated" was used instead but I don't think that will happen.
Bully Wee Villa
It would be very funny if, for all the hype when they sold their souls to Saudi Arabia, the Geordies continue to win nothing and have to watch Sunderland retrospectively awarded another trophy. Make it so.
