Is Gary Neville just trying to whip up controversy?

You don’t need a camera that’s in line to determine offside, and the lines weren’t even close. They could have floated the line behind the defender and it still would have been offside.

No he's just an idiot.

It has been obvious for a while now that Neville, probably because he is a bit more switched on than your average British footballer and has lived his entire adult life with people telling him how good and important he is, thinks he is much more intelligent than he actually is.

Both these tens are poor tbh. I know Arsenal are meant to be great but honestly, apart from nice sideways passing, they didn’t do much first half at all.

Arsenal have looked poor every time I've seen them this season. They'll come unstuck against the better sides.

Their new Stadium is looking great so far tbf, not overly sure how they are going to fill it mind.

Wouldn't really be like Everton fans to stop going because of failures. Even last year, there was still a very long waiting list for Goodison season tickets.

When they’re up against your Yeovil’s, your Doncaster’s and your Scunthorpes (or whoever is in the npower championship these days) every week, things might change.

That is true, gluttons for punishment they are, I know the feeling. It really is a cracking looking Stadium when you see it across The Wirral.

I wouldn't mind that tbf.

Then again I am used to the likes of Inverness and Ayr.

Yeovil and Scunthorpe have free-fallen and are sitting in the sixth tier now.

It’s your Plymouths and your Rotherhams you need to watch out for these days.

It's extremely frustrating knowing that Everton will stink the place out this season yet again, but in all probability will manage to avoid relegation due to having 3 awful teams below them.

Luton have no chance, Sheffield Utd seem like certainties too. The only hope is Burnley have a bit about them. They've only played the top 2 plus Villa so far so hopefully against some poorer teams they are able to compete.
