eindhovendee
Great spot from the ref with the leg thrown out by the cheating b*****d Saka.
DukDukGoose
Never a penalty.
eez-eh
Delighted that wasn’t given. Sick of attackers getting penalties for throwing themselves into opponents.
Jim McLean's Ghost
Saka clearly kicked the keeper but from what was given in the West Ham vs Newcastle game they don't think about that in England
parsforlife
The desperation to sell this dive is hillarious.
eez-eh
Of course the bright minds of Martin Keown and Rio Ferdinand think it’s a stonewaller.
Gibby82
Keown and Ferdinand, f**k sake.
Matty-RCFC
I’m assuming it’s just the English pundits that reckon that’s a penalty. Quite blatant Saka throws his leg at Neuer there.
Bairnardo
Absolutely wild that Keown etc are so convinced that's a penalty. Call it out you fucking shitebags
Bairnardo
Trossard.... Looked like there was contact so it's a penalty. f**k off. Time this bullshit got addressed.
Sherrif John Bunnell
If a Bayern player had attempted that, the pundits would have been calling for the Dambusters to be brought back.
The Golden God
If Saka kept running straight he either has an open goal or a penalty, but no he makes his best Fabio Silva impression and collapse.
Jives Miguel
Just now, Sherrif John Bunnell said: If a Bayern player had attempted that, the pundits would have been calling for the Dambusters to be brought back. They didn't say a word about Kane assaulting Gabriel with a blatant deliberate elbow. Might have been a different story if his name was Heinreich Kuhn, right enough...
Claudia Gentile
Fabio Saka.
eez-eh
The crazy thing is there’s every chance that gets given in The Barclays. And probably in the top flight up here. They’ve deluded themselves into thinking contact = foul.
HeartsOfficialMoaner
I thought that Jude dived/went down too easily and never stopped moaning for fouls.
velo army
18 minutes ago, Claudia Gentile said: Fabio Saka. Off topic, but your user name has been bothering me since you joined the forum. Is it just misspelled or is it a clever play on words due to you being a woman?
Fuctifano
Saka did that dangling a leg out , less blatantly but still did it, for England's first penalty in the France game at the last WC. Elliott also did it for Liverpool on Sunday, almost totally stopped his run and stuck his leg out to the side , albeit Wan Bissaka was so out of control he'd have taken him out regardless so it ended up being a foul anyway. Just two examples off top of my head, refs fall for it all the time but with VAR at that level it should be obvious when the attacker has initiated the contact.
Jacky1990
That Saka incident is an acid test for how i respect peoples footballing opinion. Anyone who thinks thats a penalty and not a blatant dive with the winning goal at his mercy just isnt worth the time.
Matty-RCFC
https://x.com/11marcc/status/1777806311876350138?s=46&t=ifEZjmsywM4zZ6LsoCdAjw I watched the game and can’t even remember this happening. It obviously happened during a replay or something and there was zero mention of it. It is up there with one of the worst decisions I think I’ve ever seen.
