I'll take a less than memorable 3 points from this one. The first game at starks is one of only two iv ever left early.

What was the other one?

Always had respect for Ian Murray and what he’s done for his teams. We saw improvement from Raith in our matches last season and I felt at the time it was a year of transition and consolidation for them and it looks like their first couple of months are going well.

It'll be another tight one for us. Really need to see more threat from the two attacking midfielders. Anything less than two goals isn’t likely to be enough for a win. Be bold lads!

Thanks to RRFC for giving us the North Stand.

Very much looking forward to this; a beautiful day for football. The selection headaches for Murray are still there all over the park - and indeed increased in defence - the with Liam Dick being available again. I think Murray really likes Liam Dick, so I think he’ll come back in. A little harsh on McGill probably, but playing a natural left back at left back when he’s available is probably going to be favoured. Imagine we’ll go 4-2-3-1 and broadly similar to last week.

The very nature of our squad means that forward players who would probably start for 8 other teams in the league will sit on our bench every week. It is therefore quite important that we see an impact from them when they come off the bench. It’s incredibly harsh on Vaughan and Easton to find themselves out the team lately, but they can’t all play. I’d like to see another good performance from Big Kev, who was better last week, which would hopefully instil a bit more confidence in him in his defensive colleagues.

I’ll go for 2-1 rovers. Late Hamilton winner in front of the south stand.

McGill did well last week but I would have still brought Dick into the team today.

100% this we have 2 LBs on the bench and a right footed midfielder playing out of position. Queens Park have more about them than the Pars did definetly from an attacking perspective.
