The Scottish national team is for people who believe Scotland should be a nation. Great strides have been made over the past 20 years to rid the 90 minutes patriots from our support and now we are all reaping the rewards of a team confident who they are and who they are for. In football terms Scotland has been 'a nation' for over 150 years. But , to coin a phrase, Let's Be Very Clear - you can support Scotland fervently and equally fervently wish for a socialist Republic of Great Britain, or a socialist Republic of Scotland or, though why you would wish it, a continuation of the current UK. It really isn't for the likes of you, or me, to decide who should and should not support Scotland.

As for any chants about Haaland I was too busy celebrating in the away end to care. Tartan Army Message Board ( probably not acceptable here ) post June 19th Several water bottles thrown at the stewards giving them out. Fans down the front apologised.to the stewards ( also mention of fans misbehaving in Armenia ) Not good enough ! The entire thread is about bottles on the pitch, not being thrown at stewards.

Maybe , but there does seem to have been more than the one

Ditch politics and get behind the team otherwise we add to the polarisation BS. Rise above all this sh1te and enjoy the games ffs.

Gordon EF
Well all this pant wetting will have made a lot of people take a long hard look at their behaviour. I'm sure of it.
Shotgun
OK so summarise what we've learned: The English fans can sing a political song and the Scots fans should respond with courtesy because...we don't want politics in sport. Silencing the free speech of people you disagree with is the honourable and decent thing to do. And if they don't accept that then they're enemies of free speech. A dead woman must be respected for no other reason than that she's dead. Did I get it all?
Pocketman
Also in Oslo, I was at a table across from a group who had sank a few beers over the course of the afternoon. Beers were roughly about 80 NOK in the place we were at. In paying up, I calculated that the group had only given 6% tip on a bill that did not include any service charge ! I apologies profusely afterwards to the staff. Not good enough!

Not to minimise what your were trying to do but tipping isn't as much of a thing in Norway as people are generally paid properly. 10% is considered generous there.
