DukDukGoose Posted December 3, 2023 Share Posted December 3, 2023 Tough one to take. A genuine motm performance from the opposition keeper, a missed penalty and two really poor goals conceded. It’s almost like Lee Johnson was a massive fraud that is now seeing his Fleetwood team skelped regularly. Thank f**k we got rid. Rode our luck a wee bit second half but we’ve been the better side a few times under Montgomery and not won so I’ll happily take that today. He’s had some horrendous matches in the last couple of years but he was brilliant today and more or less won the match for Hibs single-handedly. Even so, some of our misses were incredible, and unfortunately Miovski was the chief sinner but not alone. Most, if not all the matches we’ve lost in the league this season, have been when we have been utterly shit, but that can’t be labelled at us today. Saying that, this is now a huge week for us and can’t shake the feeling we need six points from Kilmarnock and Hearts.
