Another wild shout is putting Lewis Strapp in there ahead of Edwards/Milne/Hancock considering he's only played half a season.

Nightmare
The PFA team just announced. Not drastically different to many of the (sensible) team selections in this thread.

Dave
Here for the tears and snotters at Calum Ferrie being voted the best goalkeeper in the division by his peers for the second year in a row. Just because he didn't impress on a tattie field in Greenock this season takes nothing away from the incredible saves he's been making for 7 months. And given how shite we've been at defending, there have been plenty of them.

Think the QPSA missed a trick there; swapping out 'Goal of the Season', for 'Save of the Season'.
Reid
That’s a pretty fair team there.

Fuctifano
Would have said Graham was our only deserving candidate but that Mcmillan might have got it due to no one else really standing out in that position.

I can understand Morton fans making a case for Strapp, Wilson, Oalkey, and Mullen. We won almost every game that all four played, and our form was excellent in the months that they were generally fit and available. I'm not saying that any of them should be in the team, but we'd have been relegated without them.

I might be missing someone obvious, but he's the best full back we've had since Callum Woods, and much like Woods he'll go on to have a good career down south.
Gibby82
About right though Fotheringham probably unfortunate.

I’d probably have had Milne in it. Apart from the first few weeks of the season when he was still recovering from injury, he’s been consistently solid. McMillan’s not really been and but definitely hasn’t been as good this season as he was last, where he more than merited our POTY.

I think youre forgetting theyve had a remarkable season by their standards. They nearly challenged for challenging for the promotion playoffs They nearly achieved safety before the last few games They nearly had a good cup run They had a manager who looked decent for about a quarter And now they nearly, maybe had players possibly in contention for TOTY. All in, get the DVDs at the ready.
