Genuinely feels like every time Rangers release a new kit, it feels like its not actually a new one.

Unlike the club itself.

As said, we used maroon at our last "anniversary" too since it was our "first" colour.

Aye I didn't really think Levein was designing the kits tbf

That farmers shirt is awful, yet weirdly it's pretty much the same design as our home top. Reduce the number of stripes and make them slightly wider, take the gold banding stroke and bring it a little bit in from the edge, finally apply a shitty colour. Simply add in a god awful collar and the "jobs' a good 'un".

Our new away kit is officially being unveiled tomorrow but we are just after playing a pre-season friendly in Poland wearing it:

Like your home top, if they put the Macron logo on the right and the badge on the left, it would propel it from half decent to cracking.

Are the socks meant to be cream or have they been put on a boil wash?

Strange, because the lower part around the ankle is white - maybe an issue with the photo where the socks are folded?

That's tape.

Maybe old socks being used?

Nah it's not tape, socks actually come in 2 parts these days, you get the "sock" part that goes over the foot and then almost a sleeve that goes down the shin and covers shin pads. I still don't know why they're different colours, maybe they're just using old ones for now.

Footballers often don't have feet on their actual football socks, so the club socks only go from above the ankle up to the knee, then from the ankle down the foot is their own sock that they prefer for comfort in the boot.

Edit: aye, similar to what WIdge said above.

Waiting for a dark blues fan to unveil a ‘Man Utd style’ banner this season… Macron - Dundee -Crown - Kids - Wife…. In that order.

It probably the gold lifted from the centenary badge but not really colour matched on nylon/polyester as it is on thread stitching.

Looks like Burnley have told Dundee to use the England kit. The home is close to being very good but ruined by the badges.

The St Johnstone one isn't great but not as bad as made out. Every so often we get a strip that everyone has to pile on to show they hate it the most. Your turn Saints. Similar to the St Mirren top, it has too big a sponsor's rectangle that screams 'Insert sponsor's name here' from a cheapy catalogue.

Motherwell, just no. They should be in a select little group alongside Dumbarton and Airdrie whose classic strips should be protected and never changed. Clydebank are former members. Sadly the Sons have managed to mangle their's this season so Motherwell aren't alone. It's a neat enough strip but it's not Motherwell.

Rangers could have the nicest top in football history but as soon as their branding is put on it automatically becomes a gross, offensive rag. How anyone can treat it as just another football top is baffling. See also their business partner.

Woke nonsense.
