Steve Clarke watched Ralston take one corner then decided because McTominay is at a big club he needs to take them forever more.

Promising attack peters out as Anthony Ralston gets the ball...

You could hear the collective groan from the Scotland fans when it went out to him

Our midfield are having a game at least. We actually look like a bit of a football team through the middle.

The defence though, not so much.

It was cool a wee bit ago watching Gilmour patroling through the midfield on the ball like when you watch other teams at tournaments

Why the f**k is McTominay not in the box for free kicks.

Given how ineffective Adams is McT could be worth a punt in the lone forward role. Can win the ball in the air and has has much more physical presence - probably be closer the the dykes role than any other option

There's average Scottish league jobbers that are better RB's than Ralston such as Jack McMillan, Jordan McGhee, Shaun Rooney etc.

All of which would be absolutely moronic and laughably wild shouts for a Scotland squad but Ralston is at Celtic so gets a shout.

Madness.

Tierney out right and McKenna on?

McCrorie on?

Keep Ralston on and hope for the best?

Anything that gets Ralston to f**k is fine by me.

In the last 5 minutes Hendry and Gilmour have come over to the RB position to support - not even supporting, completely taking over with Ralston nowhere to be seen?

He needs hooked at half time as Switzerland ha have clocked it's a weak area

No, McTominay is successful because he plays in midfield making those runs into the box. If he was a better striker he'd be playing there.
