We had to ask for the goals to be changed tbey we're going to leave the ones with the wheels in and you couldn't see them with the white background. Was better when they changed the goals with the Black net. Could be doing with getting the penalty box lines repainted though

Indoor stadium there effectively has a design flaw - clear glazing at entrance end and breezeblock walling at other end are exactly same height as goals: 2017: However after opening they put black strips up on the girders behind to make the crossbars easy to see and later hung larger grey 'curtains' behind each end so the goals could be easily discerned: 2023: 2022: These seem to have recently been removed. Did they get any sort of crowd? They’ll challenge I think. Heaver and Cunningham are easily a Premier Strikeforce. I fancy them to do well in the league but what might suffer is keeping up their cup form. Winning cup games are far easier when you are winning big and resting players. I’d expect the league games will get harder leading to having to rest players for cups or relying on the same players. That’s just progression. They'll settle in the middle of the Prem for me. Should have enough to be challenging this season along with Camelon and Nitten.

bobbydazzler
went along to Humbug on Saturday, Crossgates much improved form the previous week by all accounts. going to be an absolute dogfight this league, barring Bo'ness who I think will more than likely run away with it.

City fan criticising the park I think you'll find the drainage was worked on a few years ago and postponements are very limited these days and at least it's OUR OWN "swimming pool". where we dont need binoculars to watch a match.

Don't know how they manage it. I get comments like; but you've been to a game this week already, do you know how much fuel that will use; and of course, you can't go we have a horse show or a stay away comp. Only reason I'm getting to the Gretna - Glenafton U20's tonight is they are going to the cinema in Annan, and I'm designated driver.

People i know are best described as professional groundhoppers with an online presence and a book or two under their belt. They're also young retirees from best described as "good jobs" so money say for fuel wouldn't even come into it. They also live in the Central Belt so pretty much cover most grounds within a 100 miles radius. They'd need the car for a midweek game down your way but Dundee say to Ayr they can cover with discount rail tickets and a free bus pass even like tonight. There's always the chance of a handy lift along the way since they probably know people everywhere they go. Maybe a bit geeky for some i'm looking to decide within the next couple of hours where I'm going for my Friday night fitba fix. Ayr Utd or Bo'ness, maybe an Under 20s game or Queens Park at Lesser Hampden. Choices choices

Wasn't a 4-0 game but ended up 4-0 .....Camelon look solid and well coached, Swifts a bit loose defensively but played some lovely football and had 2-3 players that were stand out and should really be playing up a few levels and could snapped up Will be interesting to see how both teams fare in a v competitive league on paper.
