Other than that, impressive performance on D considering down both first choice linebackers now, Dolphins are still flat track bullies. Boo Khaki Posted September 13 Share Posted September 13 (edited) Five (IIRC) known concussions in the NFL, three of them in the 2022 football season, two almost back-to-back, then another a couple of months later. I think if he is forced into medical retirement there is an argument that the Dolphins should be given some form of cap relief. The League has a massive cob-on for brain trauma and I think there will come a day where the NFL refuses to register players who have suffered multiple concussions. If Tua does hang it up, I think that might be a significant enough event to prompt some action, and if the league does eventually legislate along those lines then there would have to be a bit of give and take Cap-wise or teams will just flat refuse to make guaranteed offers to players who have ever suffered even one known concussion, and pretty soon you'd struggle to fill rosters. Workmate was there a few years back for the Dolphins season opener against the Ravens, said the stadium was superb.
