Petty Things That Get On Your Nerves...

On the supermarket thing, I'm sure there's some sort of psychology in the music they play that somehow encourages you to buy more.

I also thought the reason for putting cheaper things lower down is so that the dearer items are at eye level.

A more annoying trait when a train stops and the doors open is these c***s who are so desperate to get on that they have failed to notice folk trying to get off.

When I stand at the platform about to board I usually say let them off in a high enough volume for wankers to hear.

It's sad that manners are becoming a thing of the past

I notice Aldi put the price above the item so your eye automatically goes below the item to see how much and amazingly the item price you don't want is cheaper.

Your talents in life are clearly wasted working for a construction company,

I've no talents to waste. I used to do construction as a summer job but these days I've a boring office job that occasionally takes me out and about. Plus I'll do a bit of decorating if I can be arsed/have enough coffee.

That sounds pretty severe! It probably is mostly stress but i think i can help myself by not consuming too much caffeine during the day etc but it is horrible, i was well aware there was nothing other than my own thoughts to be afraid of but that was even more terrifying as you can't escape your own mind. Might start drinking more heavily to get rid of these awful thoughts.

The current psychiatric thinking on alleviating mental illness is to prescribe a drink based solution.

Counselling etc is a thing of the past.

I'm pretty certain I've posted in here before about both people who stand in front of the doors before anyone gets off and people who get up and wait at the door when it's barely even left the previous station. I think the latter annoys me more mainly because I need to sit looking at them in disgust for another two minutes.

Or if you're lucky and on an aisle seat you can have some fat twunts arse in your face for 5 minutes just so they can reach the ticket barrier 30 seconds in front of you.

 trains!

The best part is I wasn't even talking about trains. The Subway. Where there's about 25 feet between the two doors on each carriage.
