Petty Things That Get On Your Nerves...

Even in the wifie fitba, they've mapped out their route to the fucking final.

Here's hoping they get royally bummed.

Clare Balding presenting England's 'expected route to the final' before the game tonight. So disrespectful to all opponents in the tournament. C'mon Scotland!

That came up on the screen just as I hit send.

Delivery companies.

Ordered a fridge 2 weeks ago which was due to be installed today. Text yesterday to say it would be delivered between 2 and 6, with a link to a tracker which has been updating all day, moving back and forward between 4.30-6.30 and 5-7.

Phone call at 5.55pm to say they had forgotten to load the fucker onto the truck this morning.

= driver was running late and his shift finished at 6 so nae fridge for Mark.

No, the fridge's real owner came back and the driver had to make a run for it.

Morrison's this morning.

Shopping came to £6.45. Tenner put in the self service till, and the change of £3.55 comes out.

Made up of;

3 x £1 coins

2 x 20p coins

15 x ONE PENCE PIECES.

My views on the cashless society may have taken a slight shift.

Incorrect.. "one pence" or "a penny" is the correct answer.

They said that so as not to confuse it with the pre-decimalisation penny, no need now, it was 46 years ago. One penny, two pence.

People dicking around with quotes.

When I just want to order something there and then whilst not particularly fussed about price (as long as it's no massive rip off), I'm really not up for a week of back and forward email chat. Half the time they've taken so long that I've got the goods in hand from another supplier.
