Petty Things That Get On Your Nerves...

Similarly when you make a post and someone responds and starts with "correct" like they're the boss of it all or when you make a post and someone essentially elaborates but starts of with something like "The bit you're missing" etc.

There's an expert Google searcher on here that starts 99% of their responses with this sort of dismissive language and it just comes across as so unlikeable and weird.

Wouldn’t imagine that’s an issue that you’d encounter.

That fucking Heverlee advert on this site

No idea why (honest) but I keep getting the same one for ladies underwear. Trying to browse P&B in public folk will think I'm looking at soft porn.

I'd rather be an alky than a pervert I suppose

Interesting that the headline was in a football-related format and not something like "MUMSNET SENDS P&B TO BED WITH NO SUPPER"

That would've been far too clever. The Mumsnetter hack who wrote it clearly put less than a minute's thought into the whole thing.

Edit: which is less than it deserved TBF.

I dunno lads. Alkies always seem to be angry or feeling sorry for themselves, whereas perverts appear to be having a great time.

According to a mate.

It's not hard to believe that he struggles with depression. I've had times when showing my arse to strangers on the internet didn't do much for me either.

Sorry, this isn’t related to Welsh perverts but it’s petty and annoys me. In my accounting app, it autocorrects labour to Labour and matt to Matt. Probably not a problem or most but every time I write up a quote I have to make several references to matt, not Matt, paint and what my labour, not Labour, will cost you.

Sounds like the sort of app that would be developed by a Welsh pervert tbh.

There’s also one field where you put addresses etc that randomly doesn’t put a capital letter at the start. You’re probably quite right. Wouldn’t be surprised to find Ian Watkins running QuickBooks from behind bars.

If Ian Watkins had somehow been behind the UX design of web pages that want you to input a six-digit code that they send to your phone into a textbox, but then don't give the textbox focus, I wouldn't be surprised.

If you’re using it on a tablet it may just be your autocorrect overriding the formatting…just saying….that better, @RuMoore ?

Unlikeable and weird…well, yes.

It's not that deep, just a little thing I noticed language wise you sometimes do. I'm sure it's perfectly innocent and generally speaking from what I've seen you post i think you're a good dude.
