I agree. I take my shoes off when I walk into my house and put my slippers on. They're uggs and are warm and cosy as f**k. The problem I had in Japan, being a size 12, was that the slippers were generally about 5 sizes too small and too narrow for my feet and so I spent my time shuffling about looking like the silly foreigner.
