Went and told the guy behind the counter my problem, goes and speaks to his manager who says they have no access to the cash and I'll have to phone a premium-rate number to voice my grievance further. I wonder if I can just get one for free from the counter, but I'm told it apparently doesn't work that way. All my sky boxes are failing to pick up a signal, so now we have no tv until Saturday.
