Detournement Posted September 22, 2019 Share Posted September 22, 2019 Laidlaw has no running threat, we have no one who can break the gain line close to the ruck so Ireland can rush up at will. Laidlaw's box kick at the first try was diabolical. Gilchrist and McInally have been terrible. They had one huge piece of luck with the clearing kick that hit the post leading to their third try, but we have missed too many tackles, and wasted possession by forcing it too soon or leaving a player isolated.Can only hope we have a Twickenham second half performance in us. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Can't see Ireland imploding like England, so we need to keep the ball ourselves, not try and force things, not kick it away so much and build some pressure.
