Billy Jean King
Croatian walnut liquer circa 2016. Was inspired by the critique my cupboard thread to clear out the drinks cabinet. Found this lurking and with copious ice it's making a fine pre Easter roast aperitif.

KnightswoodBear
This stuff, which I got from a cracking place on Bath St called Iverarity One to One, is absolutely outstanding. £9.99 a bottle. I was in getting a more expensive bottle for my father in law's Christmas and the boy in the shop recommended this. He reckoned you'll not find a better Malbec at the moment at 3 times the price. After having this, I'm inclined to agree. @throbber
Turkmenbashi
Probably the best Belgian beer which isn't of around 9% alcohol Edited April 12, 2020 by Turkmenbashi Bad writing
throbber
@KnightswoodBear I did my weekly shop today so won’t get that til next week. I got the Malbec you recommended last week and very much enjoyed it tbh but I pretty much enjoy any red wine that costs more than £5 so maybe I’m not that fussy. I also have cans of Singha, Birra Moretti and hop house to get me through the week.
