Paul Kersey
Löwenbräu Oktoberfestbier This weighs in a reasonably hefty 6.1%. It's quite nice but I can taste the strength. Not the best Bavarian beer that I've tasted but still miles better than most commercials ales or lagers.

Archie McSquackle
I was in a pub yesterday that sold West's German Pale Ale. Never had it before but thought it was wonderful. My opinion might be skewed however as I've not been drinking recently and this was the first beer I could actually taste after a bout of covid. I could live with the cold I had but the lack of taste was a complete bugger.

Bairnardo
Very likeable chaps at Loch Fyne. Lastnight I waxed all of my stock of homebrew so back on the commercial gear for at least 3 weeks [emoji849]Will go get a selection of German gear to tide me over today then a trip to the Aldi beer festival on Thursday I think.

Bairnardo
Fucked if I can mind the name but Tryst Brewerys Golden Ale matured in whisky barrel is really good. Putting the tin lid on a night of German Lagers.
Archie McSquackle
A bottle of Highlander from Fyne Ales followed by a few nondescript Beer 52 cans that I can't be arsed listing. Oh, and some wonderful Lidl Ben Bracken Islay 16yo to wash them down.
