Crow
Goldstone 0-22 Crusaders (0-12 HT) @ The Stanks . 6.30pm. Berwick Charities Cup Group A. Crusadors demolished their much younger opponents. Crow
Hutchison Vale 3-2 Vale of Leithen (0-2 HT) @ Saughton Enclosure . Pre-season Friendly. 12noon. First time here for a few years and a good game. Crow
The Spartans 0-0 Livingston @ Ainslie Park Stadium . Pre-season Friendly. 3pm. A game with no lack of endeavour from either side but almost entirely void of any goalmouth incident. The home keeper with a stunning save onto the bar around the 70 minute mark. A midweek trip to Fife for a 5th game in 10 days for the visitors. The home side 3-0 up early on and ran out comfortable winners. Crowd 83. I work at the hospital that looks out on to that park. Don’t get a great view of it, but there is a pitch next to it that the bairns league gets played on, i sometimes get 5/10 mins to sit ans watch their games.

If you ever get the chance K&D well worth a visit. I’ve been a few times now and they have a good wee set up - catering is good too.
Groundhopping Adventures
Lasted 45 minutes at Broxburn v Edinburgh. Horizontal rain, wind, pyro, a wersch pie and a fight breaking out in the enclosure between the Broxburn and City neds was enough for us Found out this was abandoned shortly after we left. Crowd trubble. Bad look for Broxburn but especially Edinburgh Edited July 3 by Groundhopping Adventures
Groundhopping Adventures
Maryhili FC 3-0 Knightswood Let's try again. After the Royal Rumble in the stands last night we're back through west to go to a ground I haven't been to since 2006! A rare Thursday night game sees 2nd Division Hill play 4th Division Wood(?). A unique ground, the pitch well below the ample viewing area. Unlike Broxburn there is cover at both sides. Very handy in July! Maryhill had the best of the game and looked resplendent in the 140th anniversary strip. Two excellent goals in the first half combined with an excellent display from the visiting keeper keeps the score very respectable. One for the lower SPFL league connoisseurs Mikey McGowan former Alloa, Ayr, Clyde amongst others still playing centre half for Knightswood at 39. Good to be back at Lochburn park after far too long. Excellent club, best to the hill this season.

Last time I was there Sanjeev Kohli was watching the game and we had a chat with the legendary King Vic Kasule who was a BSC youth coach Social club did the best pint of Vitamin T I've had too
Am Featha Taigh Nan Clach
Thought this was the best place to ask. I've just downloaded the Futbology app and was looking to add all the grounds I've been to. For some I have no idea the year or exactly who was playing. Can you just add the ground or do you need to select the year and exact fixture?

You can search the ground and there should be a list of matches played over the years there.

buchan30
I found Futbology too much of a pain in the hoop, so designed a spreadsheet instead.

That's why I don't use it, I was in too deep before it came along. Same as buchan30 I went down the spreadsheet route. I record grounds on footballgroundmap.com, you don't need to put in specific games, you just tick the box.
Le Tout P'ti FC
Sleat & Strath AFC v Fort William Reserves. Ross Cup Quarter Final. Relocated from Mackinnon Park, Broadford to the Plockton High School NaeG’s pitch due to incessant rain for the last week. By a very happy coincidence I’m staying literally next door this week on an ill-deserved summer holiday. Obviously I had to pop my head out the back door and watch this. The SAS have taken a 1-0 lead at HT. Crowd is at least 20, perhaps even 25. Plus a billion midge.
