printer
That's some steal from Yan to go to 4-5 down; 67 clearance and winning a high quality respotted black.

Follows it up with a good break for 5-5 after Higgins was in, but missed an easy yellow.
grumswall
He's struggled positionaly at times. He has the short game to make up for it though. It's been an enjoyable watch.
keptie
Big frame from Higgins there, great 4 ball plant to get it started. They boys make it look ridiculously easy.

peasy23
Yan wins it 10-8, Higgins had his chances but couldn't take them.
GiGi
Higgins should probably have won that but Yan jumped on every mistake in that evening session. Some bottle he's got. It also looks like he's starting to sort out his scoring which is an ominous sign for the tour. He's always had the scrappy tactical nous but just didn't knock in enough big breaks. Can see him winning a lot now, that kind of percentage game mixed with mechically knocking in 70 and 80 breaks will see him to the latter stages of loads of events so he'll have plenty of semis and finals to give himself a chance. Well done to him.
Trackdaybob
Trump 5-1 down v Hawkins last night in the German Masters semi final. Wins 6-5. He's giving Lisowski a right doing (7-1) this afternoon. Only needs two this evening.
GiGi
Unbelievable result for Jordan Brown. Beats O'Sullivan in a decider to win the Welsh Open as a 750/1 outsider. Boy's got balls of steel. Great final as well.
Trackdaybob
Was a great final. Pleased for him.
printer
Agreed. Delighted for Brown, life changing for him, hopefully. Not a Ronnie fan, but I thought he handled the defeat very well. Looked genuinely pleased for Jordan.
GiGi
Higgins steams into a final to meet O'Sullivan beating Kyren Wilson 6-1, that on top of already beating Brown 6-0 fresh off of winning the Welsh and another granny of Selby who scored 7 points in the match If both players turn up this could be a brilliant day of snooker tomorrow. Best of 19 with 2 of the 3 greatest ever.

Trackdaybob
Higgins skelping O'Sullivan so far. Edited February 28, 2021 by Trackdaybob Fucking phone
GiGi
7th frame was huge for me. If O'Sullivan had won that and got back to 5-3 at the end of the session he'd have been delighted. Still 6-2 is a strong lead for Higgins who largely played pretty well.
GiGi
Some boy. Great win for Higgins, basically just bulldozed the whole tournament. Cigared it as we say here.
Dysart
Amazing performance from Higgins to only lose four frames throughout the entire tournament,
