That may well be a key factor, back in 2019 it took BJ 5 rounds of ballots with just the Tory MPs to get 50% and then he won the membership vote by 2:1. Who knows who (AC/DC) the kippers might vote for - vocalist Brian Johnson?

Just back from walking the dog - one house decked out in UJ paraphernalia but that's all. The Rid Stane (sic) was festooned in UJ stuff too but they're Staunch in there and they like sensible haircuts. The other pub within walking distance (The Eagle) is mixed but probly tending twards staunchness too, but that's Ayr for you.
