  1. Week 46 update Two deaths this week. Up first, commentator Gerald Sinstadt: Gerald Sinstadt, former BBC and ITV football commentator, dies aged 91 | Football | The Guardian I'm not going to post footage of him reporting on Hillsborough, but I will post this clip of him commentating on Denis Law relegating Man United: Skip to 4:40 for the good stuff. Some finish tbf. Sinstadt died at 91 so he's worth 34 Base Points for @Sweaty Morph, with a Solo Shot bonus taking that up to 84 points. ================== Second death this week was former Wolves midfielder, Ron Flowers: Ron Flowers obituary | England | The Guardian I think the best thing you should read if you're unfamiliar with him is this tribute on Wolves' website: A tribute to Ron Flowers | Wolverhampton Wanderers FC (wolves.co.uk) Flowers won three league titles and an FA Cup with Wolves. He had an unremarkable international career. Flowers died at 87, so he's worth 38 Base Points for @Ben Twilly and @pub car king, with a Deadly Duo bonus giving them both a total of 63 points. As a result, the standings look like this: 1. Ned Nederlander 713 2. Savage Henry 429 3. Bishop Briggs 424 4. Fuctifano 420 5. psv_killie 413 6. 2. The amount of video I've seen of him today looking at and touching cars is hilarious.

  4. Mazepin greeting and Latifi going faster than Russell. Good weekend so far.
  5. A few years ago someone new moved in next door. My first interaction with him was after I'd had something delivered when I wasn't in. When he opened the door - I haven't seen or spoke to him at this point - he practically had the door open just enough to fit his arm through to hand it over. A few weeks later the opposite happens, I get something for him. It was about ten days before I managed to chap the door when he'd answer it. My neighbour is unquestionably a bit weird, but surely it's even weirder to know something's there and not do anything about it? Fortunately I typed "will" instead of "win" so the promise is null and void, sorry.
  6. So is turning on a compressor to blow up your tyres or even better phoning the AA to drive out and do it for you. I'm sure the people affected by this have lungs
  7. You just reminded me to put a Euromillions on tonight If I will I'll slip you ten pound
  8. Well no, because this would result in wasted energy. I don't think you're quite following the principle here.
  9. This article suffers from the same problem coverage of vaccination and vaccination rates suffers from here - it doesn't fucking mention any. Remember the vaccines first started and we had stated targets for what amount of the population we needed vaccinated to have some sort of immunity? Funny how that's never mentioned anywhere anymore.
