You'd have to test against a similar population with a similar demographics to see whether or not 90 is an unusual number of deaths per month, there's no assessment in the world that won't assess people as fit for work only for some to die soon after. As for whether it's fit for purpose, I'd very much doubt it, it's abhorrent that anyone thinks it's ok to test people with certain medical conditions in an attempt to save cash.

My overall impression of the early rounds(poor stream for 1st half of fight) was that Wlad looked the leaner,more mobile boxer but Joshua' far far better quality of punches was swinging those rounds in his favour, personally I couldn't see how anyone had Wlad in front after 10 rounds but the quality of stream meant I couldn't post such with any great authority. IMHO a handful of high quality jabs/punches should always outweigh the insignificant tippytappy range finding jabs that Wlad appeared to be throwing.
