Was out at Ox and Finch in Glasgow last night, very nice. Pork belly and scallops pictured. Also shared the meatballs, duck leg and leeks.

First half was fine but second half we were really entertaining. Turner and Graham were excellent, and Smith looked great on the ball when he came on. Sneddon barely had a save to make. Overall a very enjoyable day.

Well done. I did C25K as well and found it really helpful. I'm a yo-yo with my weight, in the past five years I've been anywhere from 13st 13lbs to 17st 2lbs. I don't run too often but at my lightest there I still couldn't get under 30mins for a 5km. My mate who is a personal trainer advised me to go on three different runs a week to reduce my time - and it worked a treat. So on a Monday I would do 5x1km runs, pushing myself to go faster than my normal pace, and having 45sec breaks in between. On a Wednesday I'd run for 30mins exact, and a Friday would be a 5km run. It was hardly an incredible time I got down to - 29min20sec - but I was delighted with it.

Think it’s a bit of a stretch to include Murray and Smith in there. With Mayo starting in central defence you’ve really only got Gordon as an option from the bench who can cover the starting three, now that Sena and Owens are away. With McCall talking about needing two more, I’d think one is a defender and one is a midfielder. Could be wrong though.

Graham, Rudden, Tiffoney, Smith, Hastie, Murray and MacIver fighting it out for 3/4 places is the best group of forwards in the league, IMO. We've still got at least one, I'd imagine two (RB and CB) defenders to come in. I know a few Thistle fans thought before this season that a mid-table finish would be fine, but I totally agree. Obviously Kilmarnock are the favourites, and it's early days but looking at the rest of the teams if we finished 5th that would be a very poor season.
