-6 yesterday seems like a very long time ago now. Charl Schwartzel obviously has a good record round here, but after missing his last 6 cuts this has come from nowhere.
Saw a tweet last week that Sandy Lyle was playing in his 37th consecutive Masters, only 2 players have longer streaks. Turns out his appearance this week is also his 100th in a major, the first Scot to reach that landmark.
That's where I think he struggles, that 3rd shot was woeful. It's ok hitting drivers and irons on the range, but I can't see how he can quickly get the feel for those type of shots. Niemann not fazed by playing alongside him so far.
A rare beast, Scotland winning without their opponents getting on the board. A 6-0 win over the Czech Republic. Two games tonight, first one against the Netherlands, second one against Sweden.
And from the Lions website, with Ian McGeechan hailing Tom as "the greatest Scottish player of the professional era." https://www.lionsrugby.com/2022/04/06/lions-and-scotland-legend-tom-smith-dies-aged-50
