  1. And now we'll see where the players real loyalties lie. All the big name Yanks have pledged their loyalties to the PGA Tour, but the older European players have said nothing. Westwood admitted he had signed an NDA. Can see folk like Kokrak and Hoffman jumping ship, then it will get messy if the PGA ban them. A certainty to end up in the courts. Adam Scott another who might well go.
  2. No sooner have I posted that then the Aussies get a wicket, Cummins getting Fawad Alam to nick one outside off stump.
  3. 150 for Babar Azam as they reach 277-3, stil need another 229 to win. They certainly aren't showing any signs of trying to chase it, that might change if they can reach the final session with plenty of wickets in hand.

  5. Pakistan proving more stubborn in their second innings, seeing out day 4 on 192-2, still 312 runs behind. Robinson and Wood both ruled out of the second test starting tomorrow, Mahmood will make his test debut.
  6. All the reports I've read had Stenson, Poulter and Westwood as the 3 most high profile Europeans linked to the Saudi league.
  7. I'm assuming he's at least told the European Tour that he won't be signing up for the Saudi league any time soon.

  9. A scenic route to a par on 16 for Smith, bit some cojones to take that line on 17 to set up a good birdie chance.
  10. Knox back to -8 after dropping a couple of shots earlier with a birdie on 11.
  11. Lahiri leads by one at the Players, with a half dozen players within 2 shots. Russell Knox starts round 4 three shots back on -6.

  13. As I posted further up, I thought the only reason to keep batting was to force Pakistan to bat twice, surprised they didn't enforce it as they hardly bowled two sessions. Surprised as I am at them not enforcing the follow on, I can see the logic of resting the bowlers then declaring around lunch tomorrow. If Pakistan bat 3 times they won't get close to Australia's lead already.
  14. Not often that I would have any interest in the Hawaii State Amateur Championship, but saw this posted on Twitter. He might have a US flag next to his name, but Niall Donegan has been picked to play for Scotland in the Boys and Girls Quadrangular tourney this year. His dad is Lawrence Donegan, once upon a time guitarist with The Bluebells and Lloyd Cole's Commotions, and now a writer now living in the US. I can highly recommend his book Four Iron in the Soul, about the year he spent caddying for Ross Drummond.
  15. Getting messy in Green Bay as Adams says he won't play under the franchise tag. Which is nice.
  16. Tbf to Tyrell Hatton, he just says what we all feel at times.
  17. England's women having a nightmare start at the world cup as they lose their 3rd match in a row.
  18. Australia kept batting until they got to 556-9 before declaring. Can only think they plan on bowling Pakistan out twice without having to bat again. It's looking very likely that could happen as Pakistan are 60-4 with Starc just a whisker away from a hat-trick.

  20. Kizzire with a complete Ravi on 17. Lowry got an ace about 10 minutes ago.
  21. Bublik and Murray starting soon after Isner beat Querrey 2-0. Raducanu won the first set but is a break down in the second.
