  1. There's probably a high absence level already. Admittedly in Glasgow, but my daughter is in S3 and out of over 150 in her year, there are less than 30 in. A lot of them are isolating as close contacts, but she knows of plenty who are being kept off by their parents to try and reduce the chances of them catching anything before Christmas.
  2. I'll be surprised if they make the reigning champions forfeit, as that would almost certainly stop them from reaching the quarter finals. I know that was supposed to be the agreed protocol before the tourney started, but I doubt they thought it would happen to one of the top teams.
  3. Started watching it after seeing your post. Strange that seasons 2 and 3 are there but season 1 isn't. Halfway through season 2. Some of the coaches are arses, ranting and screaming at school kids. Never mind the god bothering, what amazes me is the amount of cash that gets put into school football. That Californian school have 19 coaches in their football programme, when I was at school we hardly saw a new Mitre Mouldmaster!
  4. Leeds make it 4-2 with a counter attack finished by Alioski.
  5. They didn't check it for long tbf, but you could clearly see the ref telling one of the Newcastle players that he was getting the word in his ear that they had looked at it and no action was required.
  6. And yet again Leeds concede from a corner. 2-2.
  7. They did look, felt there was no error made. Looked a stonewaller to me, Cooper got plenty of Wilson and none of the ball. And to rub it in, Leeds go in front.
  8. Leeds level, Bamford from close range, heading in a rebound off the crossbar.
  9. My workmate's cat died earlier this year at the grand old age of 22.
  10. And Newcastle take the lead with their second decent attack.
  11. Goal down already. Bright start by Leeds at home to Newcastle, can't find the net though.
  12. Getting the actor and character names mixed up, Dave Anderson played Mr McLennan, and despite the photographic evidence suggesting otherwise, he was only 39 when it first aired.
  13. West Brom beat both of them to the Big Sam klaxon.
  14. Yep, and there are two cut off points for the Masters, one of them being 31st December. Could have been starting the New Year knowing he was already going to Augusts.
  15. Robert MacIntyre up to 56th on the OWGR, getting close to the top 50 that will bag him a Masters invite.
  16. Leigh Centurions to play in Super League next year.
  17. Couldn't have went much worse tbh.
