  1. People always talk about how T20 has changed batting, but the standard of fielding is phenomenal too.
  2. Earl Thomas working out with the Texans.
  3. I'm only asking that because one of my mates would regularly turn up with nothing then fall apart over the last half dozen holes. It's only natural that your energy levels are going to drop after a couple of hours on the course. I always have a bottle of diluting juice and a couple of snack size Mars bars in my bag. Carry extra fluids if the weather is very hot.
  4. Daft question, but do you eat and drink anything while playing?
  5. Exactly, a point which has been completely missed by the arse picker's fan boys.
  6. Certainly sounded that way in the remarks on the BBC website. Also said he plans to play in two indoor events in Cologne next month. French Open: Andy Murray 'won't brush aside' heavy loss to Stan Wawrinka - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/tennis/54310498 In other news, seen some conspiracy theories that the reason they have switched to Wilson balls is because they sponsor Federer. Unsurprisingly, these theories come from Nadal fans
  7. It was a two part question relating to changing rooms, as can be seen in the list below. No mention of players taking it in turns or the time it would take to get them all changed. Like Jamie, I've been in plenty West Region changing rooms over the years where you would struggle to fit 4 or 5 players at a time if you stick to 2m distancing. I could only guess that clubs are saying yes based on part 2, that they have access to more facilities that could spread the players out.
  8. Unsurprisingly, people are going to people's houses with a carry out when they are lobbed out the pub at 10, or having impromptu street parties. Amazing that nobody thought this might happen. [emoji849]

Cowboys FG puts them 1 ahead, but you have to feel they needed more. Strange call IMO to go for the end zone on 2nd & 3rd and 13. Could have done with taking more time off the clock too.

Prater wins it for the Lions with a 39 yard FG.

Just reading that none of his 3 TD throws this season were plays called by Gase. One was an audible called by Darnold at the line of scrimmage, the other 2 came from broken plays where he managed to wing it.

Stafford throws an absolute bomb that would have had the Lions on the 1 yard line, but it gets pulled back for a holding call.
  13. His serve has never been his strongest suit, but it was particularly poor today, and he has always toiled on clay. Conditions and the balls probably didn't help but tbf he has said that was nothing to do with his performance. Whatever else he works on in the coming weeks his serve has to be a big part of it as he will struggle to beat anyone serving like that. One of his best spells was when he wasn't trying to hit his first serve flat out all the time, instead he was going at about 95% and trying to place it more. I really hope he can get back to somewhere near his best, but I'm not optimistic.

I know it was "only" the Giants, but delighted to win comfortably with so many players out.

Jerick McKinnon has been worth the wait so far.
  16. Nope, very few positives so far. Stan hitting the ball much better, his prep on clay courts seems to be serving him well. Andy is saying positive things about getting back in the top 50, but the performances aren't matching it at the moment. As I posted a while back, he isn't sharp enough to win matches, and can't find a way to win enough matches to get that sharpness. Think he needs to play some Challenger level events to try and get up to speed. This is going to be a quick and painful defeat on what we have seen do far.
  17. Nothing positive at all for Andy in that first set. Stan wins 6 games in a row to take it.
  18. No chance of winning if he keeps missing as many first serves as this. First break to Stan.
  19. Murray got a warning before the match had even started for taking too long. [emoji85] Holds serve to win the first game.
  20. Essex need to survive 16 overs with 5 wickets in hand to win.
  21. Alaphillipe did exactly the same as Van der Breggen yesterday and broke away on the final climb and stayed clear to win.
  22. Could be around 4pm. Halep has just won in straight sets, Kontaveit v Garcia up next in the women's singles, followed by Andy v Stan.
