Started today for Club Brugge and kept a clean sheet. Looks like Boyata dropped to the bench for him. Even if he doesn't start every game it's an improvement on sitting on the bench for Cremonese every week.

I'm beginning to dislike the fact 3rd and 4th get playoffs in this division. It means failing managers like McCall get to cling on for longer than they should on the basis of still being in with a shout of promotion. If we were back in his first stint in charge the season would be done now barring a collapse into the relegation battle and we'd be in a much better position to just sack him and give someone else a few months to assess the squad.

My worry about Graham getting it is he might not pick himself and we'd have to endure more Mullen. The even cheaper option would probably be Archie as it saves paying him off along with McCall and Scally.
