    Sounds like a "prefab" (prefabricated). The reason for insurance companies being wary of them is due to the erosion of the connectors and fixings in the prefabs dating back to just after WW2. When was you house built?

    Have found my Japanese has started to really come on since upping my lessons to 3 times a week. Long way to go though. I get what @hk blues is saying though when you live in a bubble when teaching English abroad.

Judging factors should include: Matchday experience (atmosphere, local amenities) Value for money (construction costs) Logistics (ease of access/transportation, location) Stadium design Commercial viability Any other factors?

    Given that you get kicked out of the corporate bars at games around 6pm, I'd say it's a fair question. You're wrong to assume that transport infrastructure will be put in place after the stadium is built. This in normal practice is a prerequisite for gaining planning permission.

    In fairness to Aberdeen FC, building an "out of town" stadium with an ill conceived transportation plan was all the rage back in the late 1980's......
