I think it says a lot about that team that we've got multiple players among the worst we've seen in there. I'm looking forward to today's game, I don't know why and I know I shouldn't but I am. Just echoing the above I think it makes a lot more sense to put Lynas in at CB rather than shift Malcolm back there and change the midfield as well.

While I think there's some value in a manager Q&A and fair play to Farrell for actually doing it seen as it's the type of thing that can turn a bit lamb to the slaughter. Yeah got to agree with that, those kind of exercises kind of allowed me to see things for what they actually were as opposed to how I viewed it, I kind of wish there had been a bit more of that. I actually got myself a journal where on one page I'll write down my worry/ mood/ whatever that's bothering me then on the opposite page try and write what the rational point or bigger picture behind it actually is, might not be immediately but usually once I can think clearly again. Kind of trying to recreate it a bit I suppose.

The in-laws were in Prague and brought back some cans of Kozel with matching glass. Not my favourite Czech beer but fairly decent overall.
