I was pretty much 50-50 on VAR until last night. The failure to award Rangers the early blatant hand ball penalty and the ludicrous 'penalty' against Davis give me severe doubts about the value of VAR now. The problem isn't the technology, or even the time delay, it is the fact that it is useless if the bloke looking at the screen is as much of a balloon as the on-field official!

Well.... another quiet night. Pleased to say that my half time predictions came true., but bloody hell, that was hard to watch...

Hellish end to the half but we should have been 2 up. I reckon we'll still win it. We've not had our penalty yet. (That's my entry in this week's "Famous Last Words" competition.)

Weather was clearly an issue last night. Horrible conditions to play in. I understand that Celtic are urgently investigating a midweek cold climate training camp in Tromso. (Mind you I also understand it is about tenner a pint there, so maybe not.)

The approach that we are using - loads of short passes flowed by a cross - just isn't working. I think if a goal is to come it will be from a set piece.

No, they cancelled the trip last week when the club was told it couldn't import bridies as part of their special training regime diet.

I realise that I might well be accused of bias here, but I suspect that I speak for a huge percentage of the non "Celic-minded" population when I say "come on ye Hibs".

Quite pleased to see this. I can't wait for Rangers to win the title, I'm not a member of any political party, I think Boris Johnson is an eejit, I want the Monarchy to be abolished and want independence. Sorry if that rips the knitting of the folk who regard themselves as "real" Rangers supporters, but as I'm one of the sane folk who see a world outside old firm bigotry, I can live with it. At least Frank DB didn't mention religion, because I'm an atheist so I'd have had to disagree with him there too!
