I was thinking that it's a double-whammy for the older supporter. Asked to self-isolate for a good while yet and not allowed to attend the football that some of us might be. Felt sorry for the auld guy that sits beside me at Tannadice. And then I realised that I'm an auld guy too - many of us might be by the time restrictions are finally lifted.
I'd assume they'd need to pass an ordinary resolution (75% thingy) to approve this independent review. They'd also need to formalise the basis of that review even if it's as simple as 'we think you broke the rules as follows...'.
