Some of the Bears on FF think this money should have gone to the new club and that "they've" been defrauded in some way. I wonder whether BDO would now be suing D&P if they'd sold to the Blue Knights instead, even if for a couple of million more than they got from Green & co. Aren't BDO basically saying that D&P should have sold the assets at something closer to market-value? If they'd done that, there would have been no Sevco.

That's pretty coastal, Wile. There does seem to be a white throat patch on the one on the left but it's hard to tell. ETA: this page is quite interesting. Apparently, cormorants are now more common in Europe than at any time in the last 150 years. Wonder what they taste like. Fishy, I'd imagine.

And there were a good few bullfinches at the feeders.

Doleman's club preference is irrelevant - he seems to be posting every couple of minutes so it looks unlikely that he's editing out the bits he doesn't like. The evidence led, and the judge's assessment of same, could be very interesting. If Coral submit that Rangers are a new club and therefore couldn't have been relegated and the judge goes on to find in their favour, we would appear to have some kind of resolution of the long-standing question of continuity. In practice, though, it's been a bit disappointing. Coral seem to be a tad apprehensive about going balls-out on that approach. Just how much money do they make from Rangers fans?
