  1. I actually think if we are playing a defensive 2 that Bartley and Lawson would work well together, Bartley will break the play up and do the dirty side of the game and Lawson can get the ball forward quicker. We really are spoiled with midfielders, add Crawford who I really like, Pittman who is 1st name on the team sheet, Jacobs, Sibbald it’s tough to choose just 3x A good headache to have.
  2. The honest truth is he will unlikely ever break into our midfield, but I have liked the look of him when I’ve saw him, perhaps we’ve just attended different games on different nights. Good luck to the lad regardless.
  3. Henk can’t be judged on 2 minutes against Celtic, good luck to him. I actually really like the look of Blues, still a young lad but whenever I’ve seen him in the reserves he’s always stood out, will look on with interest to see how he gets on.
  4. This It was a stonewall pen, was blatantly obvious just from the sound of the contact alone, Dykes got clattered.
  5. Look after him please. Get him fit and he’ll do a great job for you guys, still very classy on the ball. Played wing back for us for a spell and done a good job defensively as-well as offensively, but I’d say winger or just off the front man would be his best position.
  6. Tbf I have heard he is home sick and is looking at the possibility of a move but nothing set in stone and he very well may stay as well, so it’s all a bit up in the air atm.
  7. Going against the majority on this one, I don’t rate Menga, he’s infuriating and I think we have better than him in the squad, I actually don’t think he’ll play that much if he’s still with us anyway. I’m away to hide now
  8. Solid tonight, lot to be positive about, Devlin, Crawford, Bartley, Dykes all look really good additions to the squad. I’d have concerns about the boy Cece at CB who looks a bit of a bomb scare, but will give the lad a chance if he plays, I’d imagine Lithgow and Lamie will be the CB pairing. Could've scored 4 or 5 tonight easily, lots I saw tonight gives me confidence heading into the league season. The strip was still white and gold.
  9. Just seen Hardie linked with Portsmouth, if that’s the type of clubs that are interested in him we have no chance.
  10. I believe Byrne had a similar contract to Kelly, 50k get out clause.
  11. 1. Celtic 2. Rangers 3. Aberdeen 4. Hibs 5. Hearts 6. Motherwell 7. Kilmarnock 8. Ross County 9. St johnstone 10. Livingston 11. St Mirren 12. Hamilton
  12. Unless I’m being whooshed quite considerably I have it on pretty good authority our home top will be all white, given there are pictures of us playing in an all white kit in Budapest, I think it’s quite reasonable to say that is probably the kit. If it’s not I’ll hold my hands up but if we have a predominately white kit of any sort it’ll not be a winner for many fans.
  13. The issue isn’t the design it’s the colour, why the f**k are we going to be playing in white at home, we played in white once before, funnily enough our 2nd season in the top flight (they will probably market it along those lines) and that was pretty unpopular amongst the fans as well. we should be playing in Amber or Black, not white and gold.
  14. It’s horrific, it’s not a livi kit, it will probably be marketed along the lines of, our second season in the premier league the last time round we played in white but that doesn’t make this one acceptable. The club will undoubtedly lose money on this one, I bought both tops last year, probably won’t bother this year, the top is going to be extremely unpopular.
  15. Not a surprise this signing given we almost got him last summer, solid signing, good experience. Good start.
  16. I don’t think Gallagher will play either, Halkett is defo out. Kelly, De Vita, Lamie, Lithgow, Odoffin, Lawless, Lawson, Jacobs, Pittman, Miller, Tiffoney. End of season borefest this one but I’m absolutely buzzing that it is just that and we don’t have to worry about going down.

  18. Barnsley are a championship side next season, that would be a terrific move for him if that happens. Chance to play at a big club in a big league and increase his wages substantially.
  19. That deal was all but done last summer, before McGinn moved to Aston Villa from Hibs and they didn’t have time to replace him so they pulled out that deal.
